Terms and Conditions
A booking fee of €100 is required to required to secure the date which is deducted from the final bill. Payments may be made in cash, postal order, or bankers draft. Online payments may be made using PayPal, however some charges may apply.
Balance must be paid in full 15 days before the wedding date.
We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event that the flowers received are not the quality suitable. In this event the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. The client will be notified of any changes.
All rental items must be returned to Best of Buds. Any rental items not returned will incur an additional fee. A deposit is required on rental items and will be refunded on return.
'Best of Buds' reserves the right to cancel if at any time we feel that the obligations of the contract cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid.
Cancellations: Contract cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the wedding may forfeit a refund if 'Best of Buds' has ordered flowers and sundries and the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery charges may apply outside of Tralee.

Your deposit will ensure your date is held and that your rental equipment will be available. Please feel free to contact us for references and referrals from brides and their families!
All fees will be clearly outlined in your quote and final contract, ensuring no hidden fees or nasty surprises!
